Sydney in July

Well, we made it safe and sound and after four days Cal and I are finally feeling like we've re-entered the ranks of the living. There's only one thing worse than jet-lag. Baby jet-lag.

The weather has also helped tremendously. Sydney's mid-winter heat wave has been most welcome. I had acquiesced to relinquishing 2 weeks of our precious European summer in the name of family time, but am down-right stoked to be hanging with the fam in the 21 degree sunshine, instead of in front of the telly while winter rain drizzles down outside.
